INQUIRY CLASS: All non-Catholics are invited to attend the Wednesday evening Inquiry Classes to be held on the following dates: June 18; July 2; July 16; July 30; Aug 13 and Aug 27. The classes are held in the social hall under the old church beginning at 6:15 pm and concluding at 7:45 pm. Please call Chuck Luce for more information at 452-2746.

BELLA Everyone is cordially invited to join us for a free viewing of the movie Bella (rated PG-13) on Saturday, June 28 at 7:00PM or Sunday, June 29 at 6:30PM in the old church. All are welcome!

St. John’s will cook, serve, and clean up at the open door on June 23. All are welcome and help is needed. Please call Don Thompson at 456-5618 for more information.

FOOD PANTRY Even though the weather is hot, people still need to eat. The numbers that we help is growing with the current economy . Please consider bringing can or boxed items to church for the food pantry. Coffee, sugar, peanut butter, jam and jellies, canned meats, and condiments are especially needed.
CHURCH HUMOR: A Sunday School teacher was discussing the Ten Commandments with her five and six year olds. After explaining the commandment to Honor they father and mother, she asked, is there a commandment that teaches us how to treat our brothers and sisters? Without missing a beat, one little boy answered, “Thou shall not kill.”
