Catholic Women�s Circle of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Community

The Catholic Women�s Circle shall witness its love of Jesus Christ through act, words, and deeds to the parish community, and the world. The women shall provide a supportive community with prayers, presence, and gifts.

Bereavement Luncheons: providing a meal for families of deceased parish members on the day of the funeral, when requested.

Home Visits: visiting parishioners who are sick, homebound, or in nursing homes.

Prayer Chain: giving spiritual support through prayer to individuals and families who may be experiencing difficulties.

Fellowship: attending monthly meetings, special dinners, showers for new mothers, bimonthly luncheons at various local restaurants, book club breakfasts on alternate months to discuss books of interest.

Fundraising: raising monies to support the activities of the Circle and annual �Christmas in July� event to provide financial support to our Parish, as well as local non-profit organizations.

Spiritual Growth: participating in educational programs and attending the annual retreat .

We meet on the second Monday of each month from 7:00 to 8:30. Refreshments are served.
